Cosma provides digital content, including but not limited to personalized soulmate portrait sketches and astrological insights, based on user-submitted data. IMPORTANT: The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only. The results are not based on scientific evidence and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

3. Subscription, Billing, and Pricing

3.1. Flexible Pricing: We offer various subscription plans and trial periods. The specific price, currency, and duration of the trial period (if any) and the subsequent subscription fee will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. 3.2. Automatic Renewal: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the initial trial fee and the recurring subscription fee at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. 3.3. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel by contacting support@cosma.to. 4.2. Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of technical errors or as required by mandatory local consumer laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including sketches, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Cosma and protected by copyright laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EL Software Services LLC and CUTECALL GLOBAL LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
